Atlanta-based grindcore band Lifeless in the Dirt and grime were shaped in December of 2008 by guitarist/vocalist Blake Connally, who provided lyrics for all your songs; he was became a member of by drummer Hank Pratt and bassist/vocalist Bo Orr, who also offered the artwork for all the band’s produces. Their first work came by means of the 2010 EP Vold, which showcased the band’s brief blasts of ultra-violent grindcore with some dark metallic undercurrents. That EP was accompanied by Dread in 2011. Putting your signature on to Southern Lord Information, the group readied its debut full-length, The Blind Opening, that was released in 2013. The album’s 22 songs clocked in at under half-an-hour total.
