De Novo Dahl

De Novo Dahl began as the relationship of songwriting friends Tag Connection (aka Vovo Dahl) and Joel McAnulty (aka Joel J. Dahl or Jsperanza) at senior high school in Hendersonville, TN. Connection, a vocalist and keyboadist, and McAnulty, a vocalist and guitarist, originally formed a music group known as “Harmonium,” which split up in the verge of the recording offer. After pursuing single initiatives, they reunited in the summertime of 2001 and resumed composing songs jointly. Adding vocalist and omnichord participant Serai Zaffiro (little girl of guitarist David Zaffiro from the Christian steel music group Bloodgood and, immediately after signing up for the music group, McAnulty’s wife), bassist Jon Schneck (later on changed by David Carney), drummer Joey Andrews, and business lead guitarist Sandy Sandidge, De Novo Dahl was officially created in Murfreesboro, TN, in November 2001. An EP, Shout, found its way to 2007, and Move Every Muscle mass, Make Every Audio made an appearance in 2008 from Roadrunner Information.
