Swedish death metallic band Dawn was shaped in 1990 by guitarist Fredrik Söderberg following a dissolution of his earlier project, Obduracy. Primarily recruiting second guitarist Andreas Fullmestad, with the next improvements of vocalist Henke Forss, bassist Dennis and drummer Karsten Larsson the initial lineup was full, and in middle-1992 Dawn documented its first demonstration. Lars Tängmark assumed bass responsibilities for another demo, Apparitions, accompanied by a break up solitary with Pyphomgertum released for the Mexican label Bellphegot. Another demo resulted in a record cope with the American label Necropolis, and in 1994 Dawn released its debut recording Naer Sólen Gar Niþer For Evogher; following a slaughterhouse incident sidelined Söderberg for a few 1 . 5 years, the group released an EP, Sorgh Pa Svarte Vingar Fløgh, in 1996. Drummer Jocke Pettersson changed Larsson for 1998’s Slaughtersun (Crown from the Triarchy; Fullmestad, Rosenburg and Petterssson all exited immediately after, with the rest of the duo of Söderberg and Forss adding drummer Tomas Asklund.
