David Singer

Offering a type of dreamy alternative pop that established him aside from most guitar-oriented singer/songwriters, David Singer first made an appearance over the indie scene in 2000. Appearing out of the Chicago region, where he’d been an associate of regional favorites Kid Mil, Singer played the vast majority of the equipment on his debut being a single musician, an LP for Deep Elm known as The expense of Living. He resurfaced 2 yrs later using a support band (the Special Science) another work for Deep Elm, Civil Wars. The self-released Superstars Burn Out fell in past due 2004; it had been Singer’s strongest function to time and was backed by local touring.
