Biography
Drummer David Licht co-founded the Klezmatics in NYC in the past due ’70s. An associate of the renowned groupings Shockabilly and Bongwater, he also performed with Ned Rothenberg, John Zorn and Tom Cora in the first ’80s. Various other collaborations consist of: composing for choreographer Karen Heifetz, and executing with Kapelye, Giora Feidman, David Krakauer’s Klezmer Madness. A dad, painter and plasterer, Licht still information with When INDIVIDUALS WERE Shorter and Resided Near the Drinking water, as well as the Klezmatics.
