Clarinetist David Krakauer can be an accomplished performer and composer in classical music, jazz, and klezmer-based music. After completing his master’s level at Juilliard — where he analyzed under Leon Russianoff — Krakauer analyzed at Sarah Lawrence University as well as the Paris Conservatory. During his early twenties, he previously turned from playing jazz to spotlight his classical profession. Krakauer continued to record for the non-esuch, Xenophile, Eva, Opus One, and CRI brands.
