David DeMaría

Biography

Vocalist/songwriter David DeMaria comes from Jerez, Spain. Because of his melodic composing and solid Andalusian impact (the spot acknowledged with birthing flamenco, well-known for its Middle Eastern melodic overtones), DeMaria became among Spain’s most common pop music numbers through the noughties. He released his 1st solo record individually in 1997. Though not really a huge commercial achievement, he started to become observed by others within the genre, which provided him the chance to create for artists who have been at that time more lucrative than himself. DeMaria’s songwriting became popular a long time before his tone of voice, having penned number 1 hits for performers like Los Cañoperating-system, Bustamente, as well as the team from Operacion Triunfo, to mention just a few. His 1st platinum disk as solo designer arrived in 2003 with Sin Miedo Perder, that was accompanied by 2004’s Barcos de Papel, which reached dual platinum position. Regular touring in Spain and promotional appointments towards the U.S. demonstrated very important to DeMaria’s discovery to non-European marketplaces, and several singles from Barcos de Papel charted in Billboard’s Latin classes. His 2006 providing, Caminos de Ida con Vuelta, demonstrated popular with European viewers, in addition to being well-received in the us and Latin America. The recording was adopted in 2007 by La Fuerza de la Voluntad: Grandes Éxitos and in ’09 2009 by Relojes de World.
