Mississippi-born guitarist/vocalist David Dee (blessed David Eckford) is a fixture over the blues scene of St. Louis for a lot more than 2 decades. Best-known for his 1982 local hit “Goin’ Angling,” he proceeds to perform along with his music group through the entire Midwest. Surviving in east St. Louis since youth, Dee sang gospel at age 12.
