Athens, GA, designer David Barbe (pronounced just like the doll) had already had an extended and varied profession before releasing his debut single work, Comet of the growing season, in November of 2001. Especially, he previously been an associate of Bob Mould’s Sugars throughout the middle-’90s. Ahead of that, he previously led the important Athens punk rock-band Mercyland.
