David Allyn

A vocalist who performed and recorded with Jack port Teagarden’s big music group in the first ’40s. He caused Boyd Raeburn’s orchestra through the mid-’40s, and in addition headed combo classes with an organization that included Lucky Thompson. Allyn later on caused Paul Smith, Johnny Mandel, Stan Kenton and Count number Basie. Allyn worked well in clubs through the ’60s, but his music profession took a back again chair to his focus on behalf of medication addicts before middle-’70s, when he came back on the duo record with pianist Barry Harris. He do various other albums in the middle-’70s and early ’80s in LA.
