Dave’s Big Deluxe

Since forming in nov 1991 and using its first present within a friend’s carport the next springtime, Dave’s Big Deluxe continues to be among Tuscon’s biggest ska rings. Building on the grass-roots reputation that allowed them to market almost 2,000 copies of their initial self-produced cd, Noises in the Credenza, (before it had been found and reissued by Slimstyle in 1997) Dave’s Big Deluxe became the apostles from the ska picture for most of Az. Their comparative isolation in the desert gets the band create a unique trend that is not really destined by East Coastline or West Coastline ska customs. That design was proven off on the following two albums, Live at School Great Prom (a Compact disc5 that was in fact was documented at a prom) and 1998’s follow-up full-length, Miss Lot of money.
