Daníun Ágúst first found recognition because the primary singer/songwriter from the Icelandic electronica collective Gus Gus, who had many hit singles within their indigenous nation and attained some international acknowledgement with two albums in the past due ’90s. After departing Gus Gus, Ágúst done film and documentary soundtracks, in addition to music for dance businesses. He re-entered the pop music industry in 2006 along with his single debut, Swallowed a Celebrity.
