Freelance guitarist Dan Phillips has performed with such jazz performers as Jim Dark, Chris Swiftness, Matt Darriau, Ben Road, Mike Sarian, Pat Zimmerli, and Owen Howard. After completing his undergraduate research at Berklee University of Music in Boston, Phillips relocated to NEW YORK, before settling down in Chicago and developing the Dan Phillips Trio along with drummer Phil Gratteau and bassist Krzysztof Pabian. Furthermore, Phillips has produced live appearances on the Montreal Jazz Celebration as well as the Ashikago Town Jazz Celebration in Japan.
