The former frontman of El Kabong, Pennsylvania indigenous Dan Kibler was a singer/songwriter who took his cue from the energy pop from the Dwight Twilley Music group and the united states excursions of Neil Young. He released his debut LP Haunted in 1996; Capsule made an appearance two years later on.
