Dan Dede & The Apollo Kings International Band

b. Dan Amakye Dede, 1957, Agogo, Asante, Ghana. Before getting into his solo profession using the Apollo Kings in 1980, Dede got caused the Kumapim Royals from 1975 onwards as their composer and vocalist. It had been with them that he gained the nickname ‘Expensive Boy’. The Apollo Kings had been shaped in Nigeria and continued to be there throughout their early profession, experiencing a hit solitary with ‘Jealousy’ (sung in pidgin British).
