Dan Curtin

Mostly of the American armchair techno manufacturers to directly contend with his Uk equivalents (AS YOU, Black Pet, B12), Youngstown, Ohio’s Dan Curtin played within a punk music group in the first ’80s, moved to hip-hop in a couple of years afterwards, and hopped aboard the home/techno explosion by the finish of the 10 years. He started his recording profession with 1992’s Stories from the next Moon EP, released as Apogee on Peacefrog. He also documented with Japan’s Tatsuro Hayashi as the Purveyors of Great Funk, launching many EPs through Peacefrog. His initial record for Elypsia, Pregenesis, implemented in 1999.
