D. C. Star

Created in Washington, DC, USA, in the first 80s, this hard rock and roll quintet required their prefix using their locale and performed widely in the region a long time before their songs had been released on record. Composed of Henry Farmer (bass), Kenny Talor (vocals), Jeff Avery (keyboards, electric guitar), Dave Simmons (electric guitar) and Glenn Jones (drums), their design was among unreconstructed goodtime rock and roll ‘n’ roll, regarded by the neighborhood media to become comparable to early Deep Crimson. They documented their debut record, Rockin’ In The Class, for Atlantic Information subsidiary Mirage in 1985, but despite additional good reviews this is never implemented up.
