No, it isn’t a villainous mastermind from Doctor Who, or an unspeakably horrible airborne disease. Cylobotnia was, in most cases, a cooperation between Cylob’s Chris Jeffs and Finn Aleksi Perala from Astrobotnia. Issued on Rephlex in Oct 2003, Cylobotnia discovered the duo trading components of its previous dalliances in drill’n’bass, ambient pop, and formless sonic consistency into a fresh electronic experiment.
