Mexican rock en español pioneers la Cuca enjoy cult status along with a grassroots group of fans that would help to make any major-label pop star green with envy. The music group formed towards the finish of 1989 when Jose Fors and Carlos Avilez became a member of forces, later on adding Galo Ochoa and Nacho Gonzalez towards the lineup. The music group made their efficiency debut several months later beneath the name CUCA. The quartet got already authorized with BMG subsidiary Culebra in 1992 if they started focus on their 1st record, La Invasion de los Blatidos. The recording made a mix in the growing Spanish-speaking hard rock and roll community, going precious metal in its 1st year available on the market. CUCA started focus on their followup launch only a yr later, soaring to Britain to record beneath the path of Robin Dark (Dark Sabbath, Jethro Tull, Alice Cooper). Tu Cuca Madre Ataca de Nuevo was completed when they continued the street with Aerosmith for his or her Get a Hold Tour in 1994. The band’s third studio room album became the appeal. La Racha permeated Mexican rock and roll radio for weeks after its launch. In 1996 Jose Fors came back towards the group over time aside, beginning focus on Un Cuarto de Cuca. The next tour earned the group possibilities to open up for longtime idols Deep Crimson during Mexico, which will be among the band’s last shows before a protracted break. Cuca people went their independent ways for quite some time before reuniting to try out a big outdoor concert within their hometown of Guadalajara, which produced the Disc Viva Cuca. A tour of large-scale locations was soon to check out, inspiring the experienced group to record their 5th studio task Con Pelotas, that was released in 2006.
