Biography
A New Shirt vocalist who majored in computer technology at Howard, Crystal Waters had among 1991’s surprise left-field hits with “Gypsy Female (She’s Homeless).” The music experienced both a potent message and fantastic vocal that smartly combined anger, irony, and laughter. non-e of Waters’ additional songs had been quite that influenced, but her debut LP, Shock, got her within the hunt. Storyteller adopted in 1994, and in 1997 Waters came back having a self-titled effort.
