CRUISR

Philadelphia’s CRUISR help to make dancey, melodic indie pop having a frenetic ’80s new influx vibe. Created in 2012, CRUISR in the beginning started as the single project of vocalist/songwriter Andy Says. Working on house recordings, Says began matching with Youngsters Lagoon’s Jeremy Recreation area, asking for documenting advice and writing demos. This resulted in a cooperation between Areas and Park, producing a self-titled EP. Subsequently, Areas began developing a live edition of CRUISR, getting up to speed drummer Jon Truck Dine, bassist Kyle Make, and guitarist Bruno Catrambone. In 2014, CRUISR released their sophomore EP, AROUND, on Vagrant Information.
