Crow Johnson

Located in Gravette, AR, Crow Johnson can be a favorite songwriter within the Southern and Western. She edits the mag Zassafrass Music Information, and it has sporadically released folk-jazz albums because the early 60’s. Beginning within the Houston espresso home circuit, she got the name Crow Johnson from her grandfather’s Local American name and her ex-husband’s last name. She performed around the region with lots of the early Tx songwriters that could go onto rock and roll achievement, inclusing Townes Truck Zandt and Janis Joplin. Shifting to Britain in 1968, she had written materials there for various other artists, eventually heading back to the Areas and starting her life being a single folk vocalist. She was identified as having cancer within the 80’s, but she survived the condition and it proceeded to go into remission in the first 90’s.
