This Brooklyn-born trio made up of Jay Siegel (b. 20 Oct 1939; baritone vocals) as well as the Margo brothers, Phil (b. 1 Apr 1942; bass vocals) and Mitch (b. 25 Might 1947; tenor vocals). Previously three quarters from the 60s group the Tokens, after creator member Hank Medress got still left in 1970, they transformed their name to CROSS-COUNTRY and reached the united states Best 30 in Oct 1973 using a tranquility revise of Wilson Pickett’s 1965 spirit smash ‘In The Midnight Hour’. They disbanded a season later and shifted into creating and writing, specifically Phil who focused his interest towards the films, notably performing and composing screenplays.
