Biography

Cronos may be the occasional single automobile for legendary Venom frontman Conrad Lant — aka Cronos, naturally. With Venom’s protracted collapse achieving an insurmountable low stage in the past due ’80s (punctuated with the basically God-awful Calm Prior to the Surprise record), the vocalist/bassist made a decision it was about time to start clean. Taking his outdated band’s latest guitarist group of Mike Hickey and Adam Clare and changing Venom drummer Abaddon with comparative unidentified Chris Pattersonn, the recently christened Cronos — the music group — established to focus on the periods for 1990’s Dance within the Fireplace debut. Sounding not really unlike Venom, but up to date with a far more traditional New Influx of British ROCK vibe, the music group toured infrequently in a long time due to Cronos — the man’s — burgeoning fascination with professional muscle building. But Cronos the band ultimately recorded another record called Rock and roll ‘n’ Move Disease, 3 years afterwards, and, after streamlining right down to a trio offering Cronos, Hickey, and drummer Tag Wharton, managed your final record in 1995, that they ironically entitled Venom. Cronos the person provides since reunited along with his previous Venom bandmates sometimes, but has however to record once again under his very own name.
