Vocalists Nicole Pinto and Satski Ohtake comprise the glossy new influx/synth-pop duo Crème personally Blush. Both came collectively in fall 1999 while learning in Japan, and there Crème Blush examined their lush, dance-pop sound by playing displays around Tokyo. The brand new millennium, though, would provide them back again to NEW YORK. Pinto was created and elevated in Connecticut and discovered a like for dance as a kid. She mastered faucet and ballet, later on studying using the Wolcott Dance Academy as well as the Hartford Ballet. Period spent in the Watkinson College for Performing Arts formed her talents like a dancer so that as an acting professional, and Pinto’s performing voice started to blossom. Scorching Sugar opened up for famous brands Ben Folds Five, Neil Youthful, Morphine, and Primus in the 1997 H.O.R.D.E. summertime tour, but Pinto still left for Japan searching for something creatively concrete. She fulfilled Satski Ohtake and Crème Blush was created. Classically educated pianist Satski Ohtake examined on the Condition University of NY in Stony Brook. Like Pinto, Ohtake is fairly accomplished. She actually is a specialist henna musician and spent some time working with famous brands Cameron Diaz and Brooke Shields, aswell as brands Diesel, Shiseido, Fiolucci, and MTV. Crème Blush self-released the brand new York EP in early 2002. Their cool, stylish synth-revered pop audio became a significant hit throughout the posh N.Con.C. music picture.
