Post-grunge hard rockers Crease shaped in Fort Lauderdale, FL, in 1994, their account including three-quarters of an area clothing dubbed Excessive. Vocalist Kelly Meister and brothers Eric (drums) and Fritz Dorigo (electric guitar) have been performing for quite some time, so when their bassist still left the band to obtain wedded, they refocused their energy by using brand-new bassist Greg Gershengorn. Changing their name to Crease, the group documented an independent record, Disturbance, which cemented their regional reputation. Nevertheless, when their documenting deal dropped through, the music group was compelled to regroup, spending their period honing their songwriting and efficiency chops for the South Florida membership picture. In 1997, their EP …6-PACK Timid of Pretty (that was slated to be always a full-length before music group ran out of cash) produced an area radio hit using the one “Stress,” and many high-profile gigs in the home and on the East Coastline helped property Crease a cope with Roadrunner Information toward the finish of 1999. The five tracks on …6-PACK Timid of Pretty were redone for inclusion on Crease’s Roadrunner debut, Vindication, that was released through the summertime of 2000.
