Ceci Gomez and Kessiah Gordon constitute Crater, a Seattle-based indie electronic duo whose upbeat music explore romantic relationships and conversation in the post-Internet period. Inspired by ’90s choice rock and roll, trip-hop, and commercial, the duo resemble electro-pop groupings like Chvrches but with an increase of of the experimental advantage; they typically build music by piling jointly guitar riffs, examples, and drum loops before shaping them into cohesive music.
