An acronym for Capital Punishment Company, CPO may be the brainchild of rapper Lil’ Country. Country had previously been an equipped gang member in South Central LA, California, USA, from age 12 onwards, offering him with appropriate gangsta rap qualifications. Nevertheless, his debut recording To Hell And Back again, which he was aided by users from the Ruthless Information / NWA steady (notably MC Ren), was an unhealthy imitation of these artists’ road hip-hop élan. Specifically his rapping transported neither the strength nor the dexterity of his better-known peers.
