Convulse

Offering vocalist/guitarist Rami Jämsä, guitarist Toni Honkala, bassist Juha Telenius, and drummer Janne Miikkulainen, Finland’s short-lived death metallic music group Convulse only released two albums — 1992’s World Without God and 1994’s Reflections — throughout their short career, neither which brought them very much recognition at that time. But hindsight is definitely 20/20, plus they have already been retrospectively acknowledged as one of the country’s first intense metal sets of notice, even regarded as by some to become the forefathers of the neighborhood “Nokia” metal picture, as it’s occasionally called. Convulse amazed everyone in 2013 using the launch of Bad Prevails, their third LP and 1st blast of songs in nearly 2 decades. A radical musical change happened in 2016 using the launch of Routine of Revenge, which noticed the music group incorporate components of intensifying and psychedelic rock and roll into their personal make of “loss of life & move.”
