Continental

Continental was shaped in 1998, when multi-instrumentalists Gabriel Coan, Mike Eul, Matt Holt, and Brent Kimble (fans of everybody from De La Spirit to the ocean and Wedding cake) made a decision to integrate their different influences into an instrumental group. The SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA foursome produces music which has frequently been in comparison to Tortoise or early Sonic Youngsters, but using a California experience. Their self-titled debut was documented within a defunct South Bay chemical substance factory and blended and mastered with the bandmembers themselves, delaying its discharge for pretty much a season.
