Considering Lily

The acoustic-based pop/alternative CCM duo Considering Lily has seen its good share of change. Serene Campbell and Pearl Barrett, sisters from New Zealand, begun to perform in america in 1991 beneath the name Serene & Pearl. They released their initial album, Crazy Tales, in 1995, and their second record, Taking into consideration Lily, in 1997. Immediately after, Campbell made a decision to keep the group to spend herself full-time to her family members. Barrett felt resulted in continue Taking into consideration Lily and was presented to Jeanette Herdman, wife of Bob Herdman of Sound Adrenaline, by Eddie DeGarmo of ForeFront Information. The two strike it off instantly and began composing songs jointly two days afterwards. The new Taking into consideration Lily moved off their primary folk-based sound for an edgier, even more alternative sound, resulting in their third record, The Pieces Suit, in 1999.
