Biography

Shaped in upstate NY in 1993, Conehead Buddha was lead by singer/guitarist Chris Fisher and became an area favorite because of their blend of rock and roll, ska, funk, and Latin affects which appealed to devotees of jam rings like Widespread Anxiety and Phish. Their initial discharge was a self-financed cassette, Easter Isle Vacation, nonetheless it was their incessant touring that earned them their pursuing. By 1998, the line-up included guitarist Christian deFrancqueville, tempo guitarist Chris Kennedy, drummer Pete Bencini, trombonist Brian Kaplan, and sibling and sister Terry and Shannon Lynch adding even more horns. Amongst their separately issued produces are 1997’s live Guy WITH ALL THE Magik Hat and 1999’s Rockets as well as the group also do some dates in the semi-annual HORDE celebration tour.

1 He worked on "Bully for Skippy" for 2 days in his high school senior year doing cleanups and inbetweens. He was offered a full job in Startoons but turned it down because he accepted a full scholarship to the Art Institute of Philadelphia. However, when he graduated, the college sent his portfolio to Funnybone and he got the job there.
2 His influences are from shows like Bob Clampett's Looney Tunes, Ken Mitcheroney's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Shnookums and Meat, Inazuman, Ranma 1/2, Project A-ko, Bone, Dead Leaves, Puni Puni Poemy, Love Hina, Tenchi Muyo, Happy Lesson, Beany & Cecil and much more.
3 He is good friends with The Great Luke Ski, another famous singer in The FuMP who they work together creating a podcast called Kyle and Luke Talk About Toons. Luke Ski even works as a storyboard revisionist, writer, musician and possible voice actor for Kyle's show on Cartoon Network, Mighty Magiswords.
4 He can be seen in the SpongeBob music video "Ridin the Hook" as the nerdy man in a Spongebob suit. This is because he is good friends with Tom Kenny; the man who voiced Spongebob. And he drew a (rejected) cover for the Best Day Ever album as well as working on the second movie.
5 He is friends and associates with Tom Kenny, Jon McClenahan, John Berry, Joel Gould, John Kricfalusi, Andrew Dickman, Doug TenNaple, Lindsey Smith (now his wife), Luke Ski, Dr. Demento, Conehead Buddha and the voice cast for Moobeard.
6 When he was a teenager, one of his songs got played in Dr. Demento's show. He even got to perform live with Conehead Buddha.
7 He created the web comic Frog Raccoon Strawberry for Dumm Comics with his friend John Berry from 2008 up until 2014 because they were too preoccupied on production with Kyle's animated series on Cartoon Network, Mighty Magiswords, being the first digital series the network has.
8 He also did some graphic arts for the new issues of Spanish comic Kee Kee Koki created by Dave Alvarez and also developed new characters.
9 Since Moobeard was his first TV job, he gave the directing job to Jeff DeGrandis ("Finster Finster") who created his favorite show; Shnookums and Meat on Disney.
10 He worked as a designer, voice actor and artist for Funnybone Interactive in Conneticut for the JumpStart CD Roms.
11 He is a musician and records his own songs in his own bandcamp site, his band Killer Calamari and at The FuMP.
12 He worked at Jon McClenahan's Startoons studio when he was a teenager.
