Con Brio

A modern jazz and fusion music group led by saxophonist Jerry Bergonzi. The initial recording they produced entitled Con Brio was released in 1983. In addition, it included bassist Bruce Gertz and drummer Jeff Williams. the trio produced others recordings with Bob Gullotti and Williams alternating on drums, and guitarist Mick Goodrick up to speed for the 3rd record The Ray. Bergonzi continued to make various other duo and quartet recordings with no Con Brio label.
