Comrade Chinx

The oddly named Chinx got his music break during Zimbabwe’s struggle for independence, when he served being a choir professional for the guerrilla forces. Following the fighting was over, Chinx continuing to build up his inspirational chanting, supported with the Mazana Movement. The Comrade’s lyrics combine great will and public criticism and stay very carefully anchored in Zimbabwean problems. With another support group, Ilanga, Comrade Chinx provides began to make inroads on synthesizer pop and light-hearted lyrics.
