Collapsar

Called after a scientific theory utilized to spell it out the origins of black color slots, Lafayette, LA’s Collapsar was created in 2002 by former Icepick Revival members Stephen Sheppert (guitars/synths) and Brett Judice (drums). Once finished by second guitarist David Graeff, Collapsar started training their highly specialized brand of intensifying metalcore (bordering on mathematics metallic) into unconventional, unstable, and constantly instrumental compositions, ultimately conceiving an eponymous debut released in 2005 through Get away Artist Records.
