b. Colin Thomas Purbrook, 6 Feb 1936, Seaford, Sussex, Britain, d. 5 Feb 1999, London, Britain. A highly energetic and gifted pianist, Purbrook used the device at age six. He later on learned to try out trombone and bass while their studies at Fitzwilliam University, Cambridge.
