Cold Mourning

With influences which range from doom titans Saint Vitus and Sleep to obligatory genre originators Black Sabbath, California doom outfit Cold Mourning evolved in 1992 from a youthful band named Cremation (originally formed in 1986). Their 1st demo came 2 yrs later, accompanied by a break up record with Holland’s Officium Triste, a break up 7″ solitary with While Heaven Wept, and, in 1999, an appearance around the In the Mountains of Madness compilation. The entire year 2000 finally noticed the discharge of Chilly Mourning’s debut recording, entitled LESS THAN Low, using the band comprising Mat Bilac (vocals/guitars), Angelo Tringali (business lead acoustic guitar), Bruce Blankenship (bass), and U.A. (drums) at this time. But then arrived silence…nothing continues to be heard from their website since.
