Cold Cold Hearts

Indie rock and roll supergroup Cold Cool Hearts shaped in Washington, D.C., within the middle-’90s when Bratmobile’s Allison Wolfe and Erin Smith became a member of makes with Katherine Dark brown and Nattles from the Cutthroats. Having survived the flurry of interest through the riot grrrl sensation of the middle-’90s, the bandmembers regrouped, and Cool Cool Hearts was the effect. Using its unapologetic punk rock and roll etiquette, the group provided the D.C. indie picture an undeniable shot within the arm. After launching the “Yer Therefore Sweet” one on Baby Donut Information, Nattles recruited fellow Flin Flon member Tag Robinson to execute on Cold Chilly Hearts’ self-titled debut recording on Kill Rock and roll Stars Information in 1997. The cooperation fizzled immediately after, serving like a significant pit stay in the professions of a few of indie rock’s most important women.
