Cocktails

Playing an upbeat, hooky make of rock and roll they contact “slop-pop,” Cocktails hail from SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA, California. The group was founded in-may 2012 by lead vocalist and guitarist Pat Clos and vocalist, guitarist, and key pad participant Lauren Matsui. Influenced by classic power pop and indie rock and roll, the pair shortly recruited bassist Rion Rinker and drummer Phil Lantz and started writing materials. In June, the quartet documented a four-song EP; the self-titled disk premiered in Feb 2013 by Dad/Daughter Information, and it successfully boosted their account on the North California indie picture. In Dec 2013, the Cocktails released a three-song one, “Fri” b/w “ALLOW IT DROP” and “Panda Eye,” via Grazer Information. In 2014, the Cocktails extended to a quintet as guitarist Joel Cusumano became a member of the music group, and by midyear they’d released their initial full-length record, Adult Lifestyle, through Dad/Daughter, aswell as playing the South by Southwest Music Meeting in support. A lot of live focus on the Western world Coast implemented, and in 2016 the music group returned using its second record, Hypochondriac.
