Clubfeet

An alternative solution dance act using a casually melodic and wispy sound, Clubfeet includes a mixture of Melbourne, Australia and Cape Town, Southern Africa natives: Sebastian Cohen (electric guitar, lead vocals), Montgomery Cooper (keyboards, development, backing vocals), Vivian Croft (drums), Bennington Le Bruce (keyboards, development, backing vocals), and Yves Roberts (bass, backing vocals). They debuted in ’09 2009 on New York’s Vegetable Music with “Teenage Suicide (Don’t GET IT DONE),” a genuine song with a clear nod towards the 1989 film Heathers. The next year, the music group arrived on Mushroom Australia affiliate Illusive Noises, where they released their initial album, Yellow metal on Yellow metal. Along with “Teenage Suicide,” the established also highlighted a cover of Adam’ “State Something.” Heirs & Graces, a moodier second record, premiered in 2013.
