Club Musical Oriente Cubano

Though from the sure bet they wouldn’t have enjoyed such wide distribution before the success from the Buena Vista Social Club, Santiago de Cuba’s Club Musical Oriente Cubano isn’t just a crossover act. Composed of a music group of music artists who’d been playing for many years, the group included many reputed music artists — Lázaro Rosabal, Victor Lussón, Cheo Losada, Paolo Franco, and Guzmán Plaza, amongst others. Their debut Caña, Tabaco con Ron premiered in past due 2002 by Amiata.
