A local of California, Cliffie Rock was created Clifford Gilpin Snyder in Burbank on March 1, 1917. The child of entertainer, humor celebrity, and banjo picker Herman the Hermit, Rock was known for his battle to provide California’s nation & traditional western music into favour in post-World Battle II America.
