The flagship artist for Seattle, Washington-based Reformed Christian megachurch Mars Hill, Citizens & Saints formed in 2011 beneath the moniker Citizens throughout the talents of Deacon Zach Bolen, Tom McConnell, Nate Garvey, Nathaniel Furtado, Adam Skatula, and Bryce Covert. Focusing on a high-energy make of radio-ready choice CCM that combined the inclusive, faith-based pop acumen of Jars of Clay and David Crowder Music group with the fresh emotional strength of Kings of Leon and Interest Pit, the group released its eponymous debut long-player through BEC Recordings in 2013. The next year noticed the band modification its name to Residents & Saints and launch Sign up for the Triumph. A Reflection Dimly, the band’s third studio room long-player, lowered in 2016.
