Granada-raised flamenco artist Jose Valle “Chuscales” continues his family’s Gitano flamenco tradition. Taught by his dad and grandfather and mentored by flamenco greats like Paco de Lucia, Serranito, and Manolo San Lucar, Chuscales is usually well known by traditional and contemporary flamenco artists as well. His debut recording Encuentros del Alma was made by fresh flamenco designer Ottmar Liebert and maker Stefan Liebert, and premiered on Narada in 1999. Midnight in Madrid adopted two years later on.
