Christie MacDonald

b. 28 Feb 1875, Pictou, Nova Scotia, Canada, d. 25 July 1962, Westport, Connecticut, USA. Educated simply because an opera vocalist, MacDonald grew up in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. Performing skillfully from 1892, her NY appearances contained in Homosexual Paree (1899), The Princess Chic (a Kirk LaShelle-Julian Edwards present where she performed the business lead), The Cadet Gal, and Hodge, Podge & Co (all 1900), The Toreador (1902), An British Daisy as well as the Sho-Gun (both 1904), Mexicana as well as the Belle Of Mayfair (both 1906). Smith, her tunes included ‘Sweethearts (IN THE EVENT THAT YOU Ask Where Like IS AVAILABLE)’, ‘Mom Goose’, ‘In The Convent They By no means Taught Me That’, ‘The Angelus’ and ‘The Cricket WITHIN THE Hearth’, the final two duets with Thomas Conkey. In 1920, MacDonald performed the part of Woman Holyrood inside a revival of Floradora. MacDonald’s features had been ‘When I Keep City’, ‘Tact’, ‘I’ve An Inklin’’, ’I Need To Marry A GUY, I Perform’, and ‘(When) An Interfering Person’. In 1992 a display entitled Christie and predicated on her early existence was offered in MacDonald’s city by Coastline Theater.
