Christian Schmitt can be an album producer who spent some time working using the Sony Classical and Denon labels, and since 2002 with Germany’s WDR service, where he oversees most of its traditional music recordings aswell as those of the WDR Big Music group. Many of his recordings possess won international awards like the Diapason d’Or, the German Record Critics’ Honor, as well as the Grammy. Schmitt received his level in creation from Detmold University or college in 1991, and today goes by on his understanding to students in the Robert Schumann College of Music and Press in Düsseldorf.
