Chris Jamison

Vocalist Chris Jamison is certainly a pop- and soul-influenced artist most widely known for competing for the seventh season of NBC’s The Tone of voice. A indigenous of Pittsburgh, Pa, Jamison participated in senior high school musicals and obtained early performance knowledge as an associate from the Pittsburgh Civic Light Opera Academy. After senior high school, he enrolled at Capital College or university in Columbus, Ohio where he centered on getting his business level and sang within a rock-band. In Sept of 2014, he auditioned and was recognized for NBC’s vocal competition present The Tone of voice along with his rendition of John Mayer’s “Gravity.” Timid initially, Jamison obtained confidence within the show’s successive weeks, and with encouragement from group trainer Adam Levine, progressed into a vintage soul-style crooner. Despite his reputation, Jamison ultimately completed in third place. A compilation of Jamison’s Tone of voice performances, The Tone of voice: THE ENTIRE Period 7 Collection, made an appearance in past due 2014.
