After experimenting Brooklyn for some time, singer/songwriter Chris Garneau was signed to Totally Kosher in the planting season of 2006, after a recommendation from Jamie Stewart, whose band, Xiu Xiu, was within the label. A piano participant since age group five, Garneau released his debut, Music for Visitors, a slow, unfortunate assortment of sparsely organized songs that tripped the singer’s falsetto and was made by Duncan Sheik, in January 2007.
