Through his imaginative playing, Chris Calabrese has taken a fresh method of the jazz piano tradition. The resident pianist for Disney theme parks in america and Tokyo, Calabrese is well known for his ultra-fast, New Orleans-influenced design of piano playing. Although he originally performed acoustic piano, Calabrese provides increasingly incorporated digital keyboards, like the Kurzweil K2500X as well as the Roland MIDI. Calabrese in addition has caused a Southern California-based music group led by Big Mama Sue that has banjo participant “Fast Eddie” Erickson and tuba participant “Rockin'” Alan O’Dea. Created within the suburbs of Santa Monica, Calabrese offers lived in LA, Monterey, SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA, and Tokyo. He resides in NEVADA.
