Biography
The eclectic underground rock group Chokebore includes guitarist John Kroll, drummer Christian Omar Madrigal Izzo, vocalist Troy Bruno Von Balthazar and bassist A Frank G. They created in Honolulu in the first ’90s and relocated to L.A. in 1992 hoping to getting better gigs and much more recognition. After putting your signature on a cope with Amphetamine Reptile in 1993, Chokebore released their debut solitary No one/Throats and their first full-length Motionless later on that 12 months. The group toured with fellow Amrep rings Guzzard now Is The Day time in addition to with additional likeminded acts, like the Butthole Surfers, Ladies Against Males and Nirvana, generating a strong pursuing in European countries with albums like 1995’s Anything Near Drinking water. The next year’s A Taste For Bitters, was documented and designed in France, as was 1999’s Dark Black, that was Chokebore’s 1st recording for the Punk IN MY OWN Vitamins label.
